For this, dried fruits need to be washed and soaked in boiling water so that they become softer. Then the raisins are spread on a sieve to make water glass, and added to the curd mass.

You can use fresh berries and fruits to make the filling. For example, pancakes with cottage cheese and strawberries are very tasty. To prepare such a delicious filling, mix the cottage cheese with condensed milk, and cut the strawberries into pieces and mix gently with the curd mass. You can use other berries or fruits to make fillings.
