Wash the fish fillet, then dry it and cut into small pieces. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the onions into rings. Oil the baking dish and put the fish in it. Then salt and put on top potatoes, carrots, onions. Again, sprinkle with salt and seasonings. Pour the fish with vegetables with mayonnaise and place in the oven. Bake at 170 degrees for no more than 45 minutes.

  • onion - a few pieces;
  • mayonnaise;
  • carrots - 1-2 pieces;
  • green onion;
  • salt and pepper

Wash the fish, dry and cut into slices. Grind green onions. Diced peeled potatoes and carrots. Chop onions in half rings. Then put the fish fillet on a baking sheet, add salt and pepper. Vegetables should be mixed in a separate bowl and pour on top of the fish. Bake everything at a temperature of 190 degrees for about half an hour until cooked.

Products for cooking:

  • salmon fillet - 0.8 kg;
  • carrots - a couple of pieces;
  • sweet pepper - 1 piece;
  • onions - 2-4 pieces;
  • cheese - 160 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper.

Wash the fish fillet, then dry it and cut into pieces. Salt and pepper to taste, then fry in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes until golden brown. After that put the fish in a separate dish. Chop the peeled onion rings, then fry. Carrots can be finely chopped or grated and also fried with chopped pepper. Now put the fried onions on a baking dish, then fish, carrots, sweet peppers. Salt everything, pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven, previously heated to 190 degrees. Bake fish no more than half an hour. When it is ready, put it on a dish for serving, then sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
