How to fry mushrooms

Many housewives, especially beginners, prepare their dishes according to recipes, which they find in a variety of ways. So in the list of ingredients of many recipes there are mushrooms, and the cooking technology says that they need to be fried. So what? And that is all. None of the cooking instructions give a clear sequence of how to fry mushrooms. There may, of course, be some tips that can really be applied in the process itself, however, in practice, we understand that this is not enough. The process of cooking mushrooms, as a rule, does not cause any difficulties, so even an inexperienced hostess can cope with it.

How to fry mushrooms. Option 1

To do this, you need onions - cut it into half rings and set aside. Now get down to preparing the pan in which you are going to make the process of frying the mushrooms. To do this, pour vegetable oil into it and wait until it is heated. When this happens, pour a third of the onion chopped into it, and after three minutes after the start of frying, add the mushrooms to the onion, after adding the fire. Immediately try to stir the contents of the pan well and leave to fry.

In the process of heat treatment, mushrooms give a lot of juice, so they are rather stewed in their own juice. Do not try to cover them at this time! You need to cook only in an open pan, since you need to get rid of the resulting juice - it just has to evaporate. At the moment when the mushrooms with onions are sufficiently cooked, reduce the heat and try to keep track of the moment when the moisture evaporates completely. At this very moment you need to pour the rest of the chopped onion. Only then can you cover the pan so that the contents are filled with onion taste and aroma. The main thing is to reduce the fire to a minimum.

How to fry mushrooms. Option 2

This variant of the heat treatment of mushrooms differs significantly from the previous one. If you do not know how to fry porcini mushrooms, then you can use this recipe - for them it is just perfect.

Before the cooking process, you need to prepare the mushrooms - for this, wash them and clean them. Then cut them into slices of your choice. In order to make everything turn out very tasty, boil the mushrooms in salted water for five minutes before frying. Do not keep them in water after turning off the stove - immediately get out and begin to roll in flour.

Meanwhile, prepare the pan for frying: place it on the stove and melt the butter. As soon as this happens, put the mushrooms on it and cook the moment until a golden crust appears on them.

Now start processing the onions. To do this, cut it into half rings or straws and fry in vegetable oil, too, until a golden crust appears.

When the onion is ready, add it to the mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Now pour sour cream on the pan (if you took half a kilogram of mushrooms, then half a cup is quite enough) and bringing to a boil, turn off the stove.

Now ready mushrooms can be served on the table.
