A whole piece of beef, baked with spices in foil, is one of the most delicious dishes. It is often classified as a delicacy and served on the table in small portions or in the form of sandwiches. Some cooks prefer to cook it with a minimum amount of ingredients and spices. However, it is better to bake meat in foil with the use of correctly selected herbs and spices.
Ingredients
To prepare you will need:
- a whole piece of beef - 1 kg;
- lard - 100 g;
- salt;
- black pepper;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- hops-suneli;
- nuts;
- soy sauce.
Meat preparation
Beef must be thoroughly washed and dried. To properly bake meat in foil, you need to give it the right taste. To do this, we use a knife to make small holes in it, into which we insert the sliced garlic and carrots. In this case, punctures must be done evenly, from all sides.
Marinade
For dressing, we use a mixture of crushed nuts, soy sauce, suneli hops, pepper, salt and soy sauce. It is necessary to gradually add all the components to the marinade so as not to salt it. This is especially important because the dish uses beef. The meat baked in foil will be especially tasty if it is allowed to lie in the resulting sauce for about an hour. So the dish is completely saturated with all components.

Next, you need to take a brush and use it to apply to the surface of a piece of grass from marinade. They should cover it evenly. Then cut into thin slices of lard, which is wrapped in beef. Roasting

It is decorated with a small amount of fresh herbs, but do not use sauces or dressings. It is believed that they only spoil the real taste of meat.
