  4. About 10 minutes before the end, enter the remaining components.

  • 1 kilogram of huge cucumbers,
  • half a liter of water,
  • head of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
  • 20 currant leaves
  • salt,
  • greens (50 grams of dill and 20 grams of tarragon).

It is very interesting to cook such a dish:

  1. First, the cucumbers must be freed from the hard skin, and the remainder cut into thin slices.
  2. Chop greens with garlic randomly.
  3. At the bottom of the wide dishes, alternately lay out the cucumbers and garlic with chopped herbs. Carefully cover the design with currant leaves and pour in a salt solution.
  4. Put a plate on top and set oppression.
  5. Put the structure in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  6. Tomorrow you can start salting. To do this, first put currant leaves on the very bottom of each jar.
  7. Roll cucumbers with greens in the form of rolls.
