In order for the presented dish to turn out to be not only hearty and tasty, but also beautiful, you must clearly follow all the requirements of the recipe. To get started, it is recommended to purchase the following products:
- medium potatoes - about 2.5 kg;
- pulp of pork with a small amount of fat - about 500 g;
- bitter onion - 2 heads;
- small sea salt, allspice black, any greens and seasonings - to use at the discretion;
- high-fat store sour cream - about 2 large spoons;
- large rustic egg - 1 pc.;
- natural butter - about 30 g;
- filtered drinking water - a couple of large spoons;
- Deodorized vegetable oil - for frying products.
Making aromatic minced pork
Interested in how to cook meat warlocks? First you need to make aromatic minced meat. For this, the pork flesh needs to be thoroughly washed and then chopped into very small pieces. If you wish, you can use a meat grinder.
Next, to the chopped product, you need to add sea salt, various seasonings, shredded onions, allspice and chopped greens. If you think that the minced meat turned out to be too dry, then you should additionally add store fat sour cream and a couple of spoons of drinking water to it. Cooking potato base

- average rural egg - 1 pc.;
- high-grade flour - 3 large spoons;
- onion salad - 2 medium heads;
- medium-sized salt, crushed allspice - apply to taste;
- deodorized oil - apply for frying;
- high fat sour cream - about 300 ml (for sauce);
- garlic cloves - a couple of pieces. (for sauce);
- dill and parsley - several branches (for sauce).
Making minced chicken breast
Draniki with meat sorcerers will turn out to be more tender and juicy, if chicken minced meat is used for their preparation . To make it, you need to thoroughly rinse the cooled breasts, and then cut off the skin from them and remove all the bones. After that, the remaining fillet must be chopped in a meat grinder along with one head of onion. Next, add pepper and sea salt to the ingredients, and then mix thoroughly with your hands and leave aside.
Cooking potato base
As in the previous recipe, the presented version of the preparation of potato pancakes with filling requires the use of a vegetable base. To make it, you need to peel all the tubers, and then chop them together with the onion head, grating on a fine grater.
After the described actions, add to the ingredients pepper, beaten egg, salt and light flour. Having mixed the named products, you should receive not so liquid basis. If necessary, you can add a little more flour to it.
We form and fry products in a pan
Since it is impossible to mold anything from the obtained potato base, sorcerers should be formed directly in the pan. To do this, pour oil into the dishes and warm thoroughly. - small potatoes - about 1.5 kg;
- tender veal - 500 g;
- average rural egg - 1 pc.;
- onion salad - 2 medium heads;
- young white cabbage - 1/3 fork;
- medium-sized salt, crushed allspice - apply to taste;
- deodorized oil - apply for frying;
- fat milk - a full glass;
- natural butter - 60 g;
- dill and parsley - several branches (for sauce).
Cooking aromatic minced veal
Before making magicians with meat and cabbage, you should wash the veal well and grind it in a meat grinder along with one bitter onion. After that, pepper and salt are required to be added to the products, and then mixed by hand.
Making mashed potatoes
Unlike the above methods of cooking sorcerers, the recipe presented does not require the use of grated potatoes, but puree from it. For this, the tubers should be peeled, cut in half and boiled in salt water. After the vegetables are soft, they need to be drained off the whole broth, and then mashed in a mashed potato, previously breaking two eggs, and also adding boiled milk and melted cooking oil.
To make more satisfying products with meat, not only crushed potatoes, but also fried white cabbage should be used as a base.
