To prepare the dish, you will need the following products:

  • 250 grams of fettuccine noodles;
  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 200 gr of frozen champignons;
  • 150 gr 10% cream;
  • 40 grams of parmesan;
  • butter;
  • salt.

Cooking.

Fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms is prepared as follows. Boil fettuccine in salted water (cooking time is indicated on the package). Wash the chicken fillet in water, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Defrost the mushrooms, remove excess moisture and fry them in a small amount of butter. Put sliced ​​fillets in a pan and simmer them for 10 minutes along with pepper and salt. Then pour the cream and grated hard cheese into a pan with chicken fillet. Cooking.
