Television today is one of the most important media. It is with his help that we learn the latest news, only one program can cause a powerful social resonance. Public television in Russia is completely clogged with all types of information. From the blue screens a stream of information pours on us, which often turns out to be false. Against this background, the Government decided to create its own channel, which should only provide verified data. There should not be any “chernukha” on its air, and the programs should reflect all existing points of public opinion on each problem. The channel should not have any preferences. All his programs are broadcast in talk show format, where problems will be objectively considered from each side.
Russian public television was created by presidential decree last spring. Any user, whether he watches satellite, cable or even IP-TV, should be able to watch the government channel. Also, a direct online broadcast on the official website should have been established.
Public television of Russia began its broadcast on 05/19/2013. Broadcasting began with a small 20-minute news release.
Anatoly Lysenko was appointed as the project manager
, his main intentions were to convey to viewers every point of view on any
social problems occurring in our country. To do this, a number of programs were created in a “smart” format, that is, in a form where each opinion defends its right to exist in a heated debate. The channel’s target audience should be viewers from 25 years old, who are already tired of choosing from the streams of water and dirt “pouring” from the screens, a grain of truth. Public television in Russia should ensure a constant supply of only high-quality and verified information. A large amount of temporary airtime is planned to be allocated to cultural and educational programs that tell about the history of our country, its cultural and scientific achievements. The channel should teach its audience to be proud of our country. The main goals set by the leadership of OTR are enlightenment and education, the development of a new civil society that will lead the country to prosperity. The main task is to promote the social and moral qualities of the audience.

Public television in Russia costs the country's budget of 3.5 million rubles per day of broadcast. At the moment, about 1.5 billion rubles have already been allocated for the development of the channel. Despite such a high price, the authorities do not plan to introduce additional fees for broadcasting, moreover, the state is still the sole sponsor of the channel, except for 500 rubles that came from a woman from the Far East. The presence of a state channel free of advertising and fully controlled by the official government is an indicator of the country's well-being.
Public television in Russia is still a young channel that has not yet gained sufficient popularity, but time and word of mouth will put everything in its place. Well, a large ship - a great voyage.
