Now you need to cook borsch with red beans and beef. The recipe is as follows:

  1. Boil the beets until cooked.
  2. Place a pot of water and beef on the stove. When it boils, reduce the gas, remove the foam and add salt. Continue to cook on low heat for about an hour and a half. When the meat is cooked, pull it out of the pan.
  3. While the meat is being cooked, cook the vegetables. Chop the garlic and onions, grate the boiled beets and carrots, chop the pepper into cubes, chop the cabbage.
