Braised potatoes with ribs - a delicious dinner for any occasion

For every self-respecting mistress, it is completely natural to monitor the cleanliness of the house, the tidiness and satiety of all members of her family. This is especially true for those whose husbands work in physical work, and therefore, upon returning home, they need to replenish the energy spent.

And since it is served to the table in the heat of the heat, it is the best suited for a cold winter. As a basis, you can use stewed lamb ribs with potatoes, as well as beef or even pork. Ingredients

In any case, you will need about a kilogram of ribs, 3-4 medium onions, about 8-10 potatoes, carrots, garlic, herbs and spices (salt, black pepper and a little hot red pepper or paprika). First, we clean all the ingredients, wash and grind.

For example, in addition to the ingredients used, you can add tomatoes, eggplant and even zucchini, frying them with onions and carrots.
