Pork pork

In my profession, I am an agricultural process engineer. In general, the work is mainly related to meat, milk, crop products and everything related to agriculture. Thanks to my profession, I began to understand food, especially meat. I was very surprised when I found out what pork pork is. It turns out that this meat dish can be cooked at home. Boiled pork is a piece of meat fillet seasoned with all kinds of spices and baked in the oven. Ideally, boiled pork is made from special meat cuts of carcass or half carcass. Pork ham is usually used (this is the area between the sacrum and the thigh), because it contains the most pulp. Therefore, today we will have pork pork. I will try to describe in more detail and more clearly the whole process of preparing this delicacy.

For cooking, we need 1.5 kilograms of pork pulp, 8 cloves of garlic, black pepper, mayonnaise, a little mustard and salt to taste. It should be noted that cooking pork boiled pork takes a lot of time, since the meat must be marinated properly before baking. Let's prepare the marinade: we pass the garlic through a fine grater, sprinkle with salt, pepper and mix everything. The meat should not be frozen, so if your pork was frozen, wait until it is completely gone. Then we make deep cuts in the meat, as desired. Next, in these sections we lay the garlic mixture with pepper, as if we should coat the whole piece of meat. In this state, leave the meat for the whole night, so it is better soaked and will be fragrant.

The next morning we prepare mayonnaise sauce: take 100 ml of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of ready mustard, mix everything and coat a piece of meat on all sides. Pork pork will be baked for a long time, so be patient. Preheat the oven to 300ΒΊ and bake for half an hour. Then the temperature must be reduced to 200ΒΊ and bake for another hour and a half. Such meat is good to serve with a side dish, although my boys love to eat it like that. In general, pork pork is sold in almost all butcher shops, but it is not as tasty as homemade, believe me.

By the way, not only delicious main dishes are obtained from pork, but also the first ones. My friend shared the recipe, she went to the Caucasus mountains last summer , lived there in the same family, where she was taught to cook shulum. This is such a rich soup, it is prepared from the meat of a young lamb. But we will cook pork shulum, since lamb is rare in our area.

So, we need 400 grams of pork with bone (the broth is so rich), two medium potatoes, medium-sized beets, a large onion, cilantro greens, salt and allspice. First we cook the meat, it will take a long time to cook - about 3 hours, so that the broth turns out to be rich. Do not forget to salt the broth. Then wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into cubes. My beets are also peeled and cut into a small cube. We put all this in the meat broth, cook until the beets are soft. Then chop the onion and send it to the shulum. Let cook for another 20 minutes. When the dish is ready, put it on plates and sprinkle with cilantro. In the Caucasus, shulum is eaten with cilantro. This dish is very similar to our borsch, but still a little different. And they say that it is better to cook shulum on a fire in the open air. You should definitely try to cook it in this way, especially since the picnic season and camping trips with an overnight stay have just begun. In my opinion, some more cereals can be added to shulum, for example, wheat or oatmeal, so it will become even more satisfying.
