The presence of cottage cheese in the pie is not at all felt, the dough comes out light and plastic and rolls out perfectly, therefore, if desired, it can be given the desired shape. Take the number of apples to your taste, however, the more of them, the juicier the pie. In order to do baking with cottage cheese and apples, you need to cook:

for the test:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese (preferably soft);
  • 200 g oils;
  • 250 (+ a little to add) flour;
  • egg;
  • 4 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 0.5 tsp soda;
  • 3 tbsp. l rast. oils;
  • 0, 5 vanilla sugar.

For filling:

  • 4 apples
  • 5 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon.

Kneading dough

Combine cottage cheese, sugar (sand and vanilla), melted butter, beat everything with a mixer or blender. Pour the egg and vegetable oil into the mass, mix and add soda. Thanks to the last ingredient, the dough will become porous. Lastly, flour is added and a plastic "docile" dough is kneaded. Roll it with a bun and wrap it with cling film, give it a rest for about 15 minutes.

For baking, wash the apples well under running water, take out the core and cut into thin plates. It should be remembered that if apples are cut into thicker slices, they will not have time to bake. From this amount of dough and filling, you can make two pies or one big one. Roll out the dough into a large, even rectangle, visually divide (in length) it into three identical parts. Two side parts are cut into even or oblique stripes with a width of about one and a half centimeters. In the middle we put apples in two or three layers and sprinkle with sugar. Products with the help of side strips are braided in the form of a braid. Bake a cake for half an hour at 200 degrees, in the oven. Baking with apples is still hot sprinkled with powdered sugar, you can serve on the table both in warm and cold.

At the edges of the sector we make parallel cuts, stepping a bit from the edge, leave the middle whole: we will lay jam on it. Put it one teaspoon each. Cover the filling with one of the sides, fix it with your hand and overlap with the rest of the lap and also fix it slightly so that the product is more airy.

500 grams of flour, along with a teaspoon of salt, is twice sifted through a sieve into a container, six tablespoons of sunflower oil are poured there. Then warm water (35 degrees) is added to the mass and the dough is kneaded with a wooden spatula. If it turns out too thick, add a little water. We spread the dough on the table surface and, without adding flour, knead with hands. After that, the dough ball with force is repelled several times (15-20) on the working surface. The dough is placed in a sealed plastic bag and immersed in warm water for ten minutes. After this period of time, we divide the dough into pieces the size of a small tennis ball. After slightly dusting the table with flour, start pulling the dough in different directions, then covering it with a damp cloth, leave for five minutes.

Separately, we take each piece and gently pull it out, it is best to do this on baking paper or a towel. As a result, you should get a very thin transparent dough, but it should not break. The finished layer is lubricated with melted oil, another layer is prepared on it, prepared in a similar way. Depending on how thick the layers are, they are stacked in a stack of 3-4 pieces. The top layer is necessarily smeared. By the way, the filo dough is too thin and delicate, it dries very quickly, so it is extremely necessary to lubricate the layers with good oil. Despite the difficulty of preparation, apple baking with a recipe, where filo dough is indicated as an ingredient, is obtained with an amazing taste and an unusually beautiful appearance.

  • cognac (rum, calvados) - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • next oil - 20 g (10 g + 10 g);
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • apples (medium) - 2 pcs.;

First, let's get into the filling: cut the prepared apples (without seeds and peel) into small cubes and put in a saucepan with already melted butter (10 g) and sprinkle with sugar. Stew apples with sugar for a couple of minutes, pour in an alcoholic drink and evaporate it for one minute. By the way, alcohol can not be added, but replaced with vanilla. It will not affect the taste at all.

Making dessert

We cook crustades in portioned tins, and bake pastries with apples in the oven. We cut round layers of filo dough into four parts (the remaining must be covered with a damp cloth, as it dries quickly). We place in the molds so that the edges hang. Melt 10 g of oil, in the future we will grease the dough with it. Ingredients:

  • 4 green apples;
  • 1 stack. flour and sugar;
  • lemon juice;
  • 4 chicken eggs.

Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat them with the indicated amount of sugar until a firm, stable foam and weight gain. The whites are also beaten with a mixer to a lush white mass, after adding four drops of lemon juice to them. Very carefully combine the proteins with the yolks and mix. Then we add flour in portions, after each portion we mix from the bottom up. The dough should come out smooth and uniform. We prepare a detachable mold with a diameter of 22 cm, grease it with butter using a pastry brush and cover it with parchment.

We use green, preferably acidic, apples for baking. Cut into thin plates, lay on the bottom of the mold and fill with dough. Bake for 35 minutes at a temperature in the oven 180 degrees. Dough:

  • next oils (soft.) - 50 g;
  • flour - 300 g;
  • cow's milk - 130 ml;
  • yeast - 20 g;
  • sea โ€‹โ€‹salt.

Filling:

  • 3 hard sour apples (large);
  • 50 g oils;
  • a pinch of musk. a nut;

We must sift the flour, start the dough. After it stands a little and increases in size, knead the yeast dough. We remove it in a warm place and leave it until it doubles in volume.

Rub apples on a coarse grater and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Combine sugar with spices.
