Ingredients:

  • two salmon steaks;
  • olive oil;
  • lemon juice;
  • salt and pepper to taste;

  1. Salmon fillet, freed from bones and skin, is salted, seasoned with pepper and sprinkled with lemon juice.

Products:

  • 800 g of salmon (filet with skin);
  • one lemon;
  • five tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • two teaspoons of grated ginger root;
  • two branches of thyme greens.

Cooking:

  1. Using a grater, the lemon is freed from the zest and squeezed juice from it.
  2. A mixture of lemon peel and juice with thyme, ginger and oil is prepared.
  3. Prepared portioned pieces are poured with the resulting marinade and left for half an hour.

Ingredients:

  • salmon;
  • hard cheese;
  • greens;
  • clove of garlic;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • mayonnaise;

  2. Grated cheese is mixed with mayonnaise, chopped herbs and garlic.

  • eight peas of allspice;
  • four buds of cloves;
  • one pod of red hot pepper ;
  • 100 ml of dry rose wine;
  • two tablespoons of balsamic or fruit vinegar;
  • two or three tablespoons of salt;
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • two tangerines or an orange;
  • four cloves of garlic;
  • one tablespoon of high quality green tea (not flavored).

Cooking:

  1. Very cool tea is brewed in 50 ml of boiling water, insisted under the lid for 10 minutes.
  2. Garlic is passed through a press or finely chopped. Red hot peppers are ground in a mortar or chopped. Peppers with garlic enhance the beneficial properties of fish and give it an extraordinary piquancy.
  3. Citrus fruits are peeled, divided into slices and cut into pieces or squeezed juice.
  4. In a bowl spread a well-washed trimmings of red fish, add citrus fruits, wine, vinegar, tea, spices, salt and garlic. They are thoroughly mixed, laid out in jars and kept in the refrigerator for two days.

Products:

  • 600-700 g of salmon fillet;
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce and orange juice ;

  1. Prepare a mixture of honey, chopped garlic, soy sauce and orange juice.
