Pancakes with seasoning - an old Russian recipe that was unjustly forgotten by the housewives, but because of the simplicity and excellent taste, the dish returned safely to our tables. Such pancakes differ from ordinary ones in that the filling (seasoning) is added to the dough directly during frying or laid out in a hot pan and poured with dough. Apples, plums, quinces or pears, as well as sausages, ham, eggs, shrimps, vegetables, greens, are used as a cakes. Some fans associate them with modern pizza of the closed type. Flavored pancakes
Ingredients. Eggs (4 pcs.), Milk (600-700 ml.), Sweet apples (5 pcs.), Two glasses of flour, a tablespoon of sugar, a few tablespoons of butter, salt.
Cooking. Separate the yolks and mix them with milk, salt, melted butter, sugar. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add flour in small portions. Knead thoroughly (you can use a mixer to speed up the process). Beat egg whites into the foam and add it very carefully to the dough. They in this case will serve as a baking powder.
We wash the apples, peel the peel and cut out the middle. What is left, cut into small thin slices. You can do this immediately in the pan as pancakes are fried or prepare everything at once in a separate bowl. We lay out the prepared apple slices in a heated frying pan and pour in the dough. Pripek 3 (from onion and minced meat)
Finely chop two onions and fry a little in oil. Boil the meat and pass through a blender or meat grinder. Mix onion and minced meat, season with salt and spices to taste.
