Puff salad with prunes and chicken

To prepare this salad you will need: prunes - 100 g; pickled mushrooms - 100 g; chicken fillet; onion, walnuts - 40-50 g; mayonnaise; 3 eggs; salt; parsley; 1 fresh cucumber, oil rast.

Pour the prunes with boiling water and finely chop.
Cook the chicken fillet , cool and cut into cubes.
Strain the mushrooms, rinse them and fry a little.
Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Spasserovat it to a golden hue.
Chop walnuts. Boil the eggs and chop. Peel and finely chop the cucumber.
The salad is laid out in a salad bowl in seven layers in the following sequence:
1) prunes;
2) chicken;
3) onions;
4) nuts;
5) eggs;
6) mushrooms
7) cucumber.
Each layer should be greased with mayonnaise. You can sprinkle parsley on top of the salad.

Salad with prunes "Birch"

To make a salad, you will need: mayonnaise - 860 g (bucket); prunes - 200 g; fresh mushrooms (it is better to use mushrooms) - 400-500 g; chicken leg - 1; cheese - 200 g (preferably hard); fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.; onion - 2 pcs., oil rast. As in the previous recipe, all the ingredients are laid out in layers in a salad bowl. Each layer on top is smeared with mayonnaise.
The first layer will be prunes. Rinse the prunes in cold water, preventing it from souring. Gently cut into strips and put on the bottom of the dish. This layer should not cover the entire bottom. If there is too much prune, the salad will turn out sour.

Next is a layer of mushrooms. Wash, dry and fry the mushrooms with onions. It will be tastier if you use butter for frying mushrooms. Put the mushrooms on the first, put a layer of mayonnaise on top.

Chicken is the third layer. Boil a leg of meat, cut the meat into strips. Put it on the second layer and top with mayonnaise again.

Fresh cucumbers make up the fourth layer. You need to grate them on a coarse grater and put on the third layer, grease with mayonnaise.

Cheese is the fifth layer. It must be grated. Put on the previous layer and coat again with mayonnaise.

Pear and melon salad with prunes

To make such a salad you need: 4 pears; melon - 300 g; 2 oranges; prunes - 200 g; 200 g of sweet curd mass; 200 g of sour cream of 20% fat content; lettuce - 8 pcs.; juice and zest of orange, 2 tbsp. l sugar, cinnamon (pinch)

Peel the pears, cut in half, and, removing the core, cut into slices. Dice the melon. Peel oranges, cut them into circles, remove seeds; Sprinkle a little sliced โ€‹โ€‹pears with juice. After boiling the prunes for 10โ€“15 minutes at a low boil, cool it, remove the seeds and fill with the cheese mass. Spread lettuce on a plate, lay fruit on the slides, alternating them with prunes. Beat sour cream, gradually adding sugar, zest and orange juice. Seasoning the cinnamon sauce, put it on prunes. Before serving, you can decorate the salad with slices of orange.
