For cooking you will need:

  • flour - 2-4 tablespoons of st .;
  • tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.;

  • beer - half a glass;

  • garlic - a pair of cloves;
  • green paprika - 1 piece.

Now peel the onion and cut it into slices, just chop the tomatoes and paprika. Then fry the onion in hot oil, add the kidneys and fry for about 6 minutes. Then pour beer, add tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Simmer all this for about 16 minutes, covered with a lid. If necessary, add beer if the liquid boils away. A dish with noodles or salad is served.

Pork kidneys - recipe with sour cream

For cooking you will need:

  • onions - 5-6 pieces;
  • oil - 120 g;
  • kidneys - about 1 kg;
  • sour cream - 220 g;
  • salt pepper.

Initially, you need to cut the kidneys in half and soak in plain water for about 4-5 hours. Then drain the water and boil in clean water, then boil for about 3 minutes. This procedure must be repeated several times, while changing the water. After that, cook until tender and cut into cubes. Now put the oil in the pan, chopped onion and fry it until half cooked. Then add kidneys to it. Fight a little to make the kidneys soft. Then add sour cream, pol, pepper and boil over. Pork kidneys - recipe with vegetables

Products for cooking:

  • carrots - 3-4 pieces;
  • kidneys - 3 pieces;
  • onion - a couple of pieces;
  • zucchini - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 120 g;
  • vegetable oil;
  • seasonings, salt.

Initially, the kidneys need to be soaked for a couple of hours in cold water. Then boil or simmer in a pan for half an hour. Finished kidneys should be cut into pieces. Now cut the onions in half rings and fry a little in vegetable oil. Then add chopped carrots and zucchini, seasonings, salt and simmer until cooked, pouring sour cream on top. When the vegetables are fully cooked, the dish can be turned off and served on the table with a side dish. Enjoy your meal!

Pork kidneys - Hungarian recipe

  • pork kidneys - 0.6 kg;
  • fat bacon - 120 g;
  • onion - a few pieces;
  • sweet pepper - a couple of pieces;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • salt.

The kidneys should be well washed and cleaned of films. Then cut them into small slices, and then boil boiling water a couple of times so that the smell disappears. Then place them in a skillet and add chopped peppers and onions. Then sprinkle with flour, pour a small amount of broth or water. Simmer for about 24 minutes. Then pour sour cream, add salt and stew a little more over low heat. The kidneys are quite tasty and aromatic.

Kidney goulash

Ingredients:

  • onion - 1 piece;
  • kidneys - 0.4 kg;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • lecho - 320 g;
  • flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • oil - 4 tablespoons of st .;
  • bay leaf, pepper, salt.

At the first stage, the kidneys need to be cleaned of fat and films, then cut each in half and soak for 4-5 hours in water, while periodically changing it. Now add water and cook for about half an hour. Then again fill with water, add salt and cook for a couple more hours. Then cool them and cut into strips. Now chop finely the onion and fry lightly in oil. In the same pan, fry the kidneys, sprinkled with flour and pepper. Now add to them bay leaf, onion, lecho, and chopped garlic. Stew it all for about 16 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with herbs before serving. Best served with fried potatoes.
