Plot
A kind family film, telling about the collision of an ordinary taxi driver with teenage aliens - this is how the actors of the Witch Mountain characterize the picture. According to the storyline, two rather strange teenagers almost fall off the sky to the hard worker-taxi driver Jack Bruno, who is already living unsweetly. After such dashing races begin that a frantic rhythm and drive keep the viewer's attention from the very beginning of the adventures of the main characters to the heart-breaking scenes of farewell and a mandatory happy ending. “Witch’s Mountain”, the actors and roles of which correspond to the idea of the authors, is practically a canonical film. Fikmen carefully and diligently embodied the best traditions of family cinema in his creation, turning the film into a sparkling and fun attraction for the whole family, diluting the action with good humor without a hint of vulgarity. So, in principle, a banal story has become an exciting sight with all the predictability of the development of the plot narrative.

The absence of the blockbuster scale of what is happening is easily offset by the sincerity and sincerity of the story of humanity and true friendship.

The lead actor Dwayne Johnson (aka “The Rock”) managed to create a stunning image of Jack Bruno, his acting potential and comedic talent are fully revealed, bright charisma has the viewer from the first minutes of timing. Anna-Sophia Robb (Sarah), as always, is prohibitively charming, but this film is not revealed as vividly as in the fabulous “Terabithia”, the stunning “Lunatism” and the deep “There are dreams - there will be travels”. Having played the brother of Sarah, a teenager Seth, Alexander Ludwig is confident in the frame, having little experience in large cinema ("The Rise of Darkness").
