Ingredients for the dish: 200-300 g of raw pumpkin, 2 raw eggs, dried dill, 1 cup of kefir, 1 onion, 30 g of vegetable oil, the amount of fish depends on the size of the mold: the fish must be laid on the bottom of the mold in one layer; you can take any fish fillet (hake, mackerel, halibut, pollock or cod are suitable). Put the pieces of fish on the bottom of the mold, put the pumpkin cut into thin slices on top. Top the pumpkin with chopped onion and dill. Pour the fish and pumpkin with eggs, whipped with kefir and salt, and put the mold in the hot oven for 40 minutes. Before serving, pour the dish with vegetable oil.

For a kilogram of peeled pumpkin, fiber and seeds, you need to take 300 g of dried apricots, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs for breading, 50 g of cow's butter (can be replaced with margarine), half a glass of milk and 2 cups of bechamel sauce. Pumpkin must be cut into cubes. Pre-soak dried apricots in water, and then cut into strips. Combine the pumpkin with dried apricots, butter, sugar, salt and milk, and lightly stir. Put the prepared mixture in a greased form, pour the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and send to bake in the oven. To prepare the bechamel sauce, it is necessary to completely fry a little 2 tablespoons of wheat flour in one tablespoon of butter, then dilute it with two glasses of hot milk, add sugar to taste and boil for about fifteen minutes on low heat with constant stirring. After the sauce has cooled, mix it with the yolk of one egg.
As a filling for pies, pies, along with other vegetables and fruits, pumpkin is often used. In the oven, for example, you can bake rolls filled with pumpkin. For the roll test: 1 kilogram of wheat flour, one egg, 200 ml of water, 100 g of cow's butter (can be replaced with margarine), 1.5 teaspoon of soda. For the filling, you need a kilogram of peeled pumpkin, a glass of ground walnuts and 5 tablespoons of sugar. You need to start with the filling: mix grated pumpkin pulp with ground nuts and sugar. Knead steep dough from these products, halve and thinly roll each piece. Lubricate the thinly rolled layer of dough with vegetable oil, spread half of the filling on it, cover it with the next rolled layer, also greased with oil, put the remaining filling on it. Roll up the roll (not tight), grease its surface with an egg, lay on a sheet greased with any fat, and immediately cut into portioned pieces. Only after that put the roll in a hot oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Serve the roll already cooled.
