- 1 loaf of French bread (it is better to take old bread, which lay for several days);
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 3 tablespoons butter, melt;
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped finely;
- 2 tablespoons of tea salt;
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (a mixture of herbs: rosemary, oregano, caraway seeds, basil, marjoram, sage and red pepper).
The oven is heated to 175 C. Bread is cut into small cubes. Pour bread cubes onto parchment, which is lined with a sheet for baking, pour a mixture of olive oil and butter, sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.
