My pepper, remove the seeds and cut into long thin strips. Next, cook the tomatoes: scalding with boiling water, remove the skin. Arbitrarily chop the onion. Melt the pork fat in a pan and fry the smoked bacon, diced. When the lard is cooked, add the onion to the pan, fry together. Pour paprika, tomatoes and pepper into the resulting mass. Stir and simmer until tender. It is this recipe that is authentic, although it is little similar to the ones we know.

The process of preparing this lecho is very simple. We take multi-colored pepper and arbitrarily chop. Now we cook homemade tomato paste. To do this, pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder or blender. We put the resulting mass on fire and boil 2 times. Add pepper, salt and sugar to the finished paste. Cook with constant stirring for about 30 minutes. Next, prepare the mixture in prepared sterilized jars and roll it up. A delicious summer break is ready. Everything is extremely simple!
