Sandwiches are an integral part of our food. And let them say that eating dry food is harmful. In the mornings, when we rush to work or are late for classes, they become an ideal way out: they donโt take much time to prepare, and the body gets the opportunity to safely live until dinner. And during the day, in the heat of the work process, not everyone has the opportunity to eat fully. And on the festive table, organized in the style of a "buffet", sandwiches will not be superfluous. We will not dwell on primitive options like "bread - sausage - cheese", although they too have a right to exist. Much more interesting to build, for example, sandwiches with mushrooms - and tastier, and not so boring.
Mushroom salad - to the point!
A rather widely used technique is to spread some salad on bread. It is also used in the case when sandwiches with mushrooms are made. Champignons (or their forest counterparts, if available) finely crumble and fry. The same thing, only in another vessel, do with onions. Greens are also finely chopped. Cheese is rubbed, and someone uses a coarse grater for this, someone is fine. Garlic is passed through a crush. All components are combined with mayonnaise, pepper, salted and mixed. It remains to spread the salad on slices of bread and put in the oven for about five minutes. You can eat in the cooled form, but hot sandwiches with mushrooms are much tastier.
Mushrooms + Tomatoes
In this recipe, mushrooms are not fried. They only need to be cut and put into slices of bread mixed with thin slices of tomatoes. Top cut is sprinkled with salt, oregano, pepper and, lastly, grated cheese. Next, the sandwiches with mushrooms are sent to the oven until the crust is baked. The appetizer is ready.
Sandwiches with salted mushrooms
Itโs not important to take champignons, especially if they seem fresh and tasteless to you. You can make wonderful sandwiches with mushrooms by opening a can of salty ones. Only first of all, it is necessary to drain the brine from them. Each piece of bread is smeared with butter. Further options are possible: put the mushrooms whole, cut into plates or passed through a meat grinder. They put sprats that sprinkle with herbs - and your breakfast is ready to eat.
Complex sandwiches
Since they require a lot of ingredients, observe the proportions indicated for the first time. Next time you can adjust the composition to your liking. You will also get sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese, but unlike most recipes, you need to take not solid, but feta, 80 grams. Two medium-sized tomatoes are cut into mugs, cheese - into small cubes. 2-3 cloves of garlic crush. The lemon peel is washed off, and then the juice is squeezed. 5 g of black pepper and sea salt are ground with garlic until smooth. Half of the juice obtained from lemon, olive oil (2 large spoons) is poured into the paste, zest, feta, a little oregano are poured, and all the components are carefully mixed. 100 g of mushrooms is plastered. Tomatoes, a third of cheese dressing, mushroom plates - and again dressing are placed in a deep pan. Sprinkled with olive oil - and grilled for five minutes. At this time, half a liter of water boils, a spoon of strong vinegar is poured, a fire is screwed, and an egg is driven into the quietly bubbling water for a couple of minutes. At the end a sandwich is going to be gathered: bread is sprinkled with butter, mushrooms are placed on it, and already there is a poached egg on them. Sprinkle oregano and enjoy it with delight.

Raw Mushrooms Sandwiches
Here, the quantitative composition depends entirely on your preferences. Dill is chopped finely and finely, garlic is pressed, and both spices are mixed with mayonnaise. Alternatively, instead of such a spread, butter is quite suitable, but sandwiches with raw mushrooms will come out more fat. You can also lubricate with one mayonnaise, only in this case you lose in pungency and aroma. Champignons (they are offered only because of their general availability; you can also take forest mushrooms - those that can definitely be eaten without treatment) are washed very carefully, cut into almost transparent plates and spread over the spread. Salt, pepper - and in the mouth.
Note that not everyone likes sandwiches with raw mushrooms. Do not rush to make them in large quantities - there is a possibility that you will spend products in vain.
