You can use a bread machine to knead the dough. Yeast, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, warmed milk, a couple of pinch of salt, sugar and high-grade wheat flour, pre-saturated with oxygen, are loaded into it. On the device set the kneading mode and wait for the completion of the program. After about forty minutes, you will get a soft yeast dough.
Now it's time to pay attention to the filling. First of all, you need to do cottage cheese. It is rubbed through a sieve or cranked in a meat grinder. A product prepared in this way is combined with melted butter, raw chicken egg and chopped dill. The future stuffing is salted, seasoned with spices and mixed well, trying to achieve the most uniform consistency.
