One milliliter of the drug contains two and a half milligrams of phenylephrine and two hundred and fifty micrograms of dimethindene maleate. Auxiliary components are benzalkonium chloride (acts as a preservative), citric acid monohydrate, anhydrous disodium phosphate, sorbitol, lavender deterpene extract, methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose and purified water.
Drops in the nose are a clear solution from colorless to light yellow in color, having a faint characteristic odor.

The drug "Vibrocil" ointment is a homogeneous mass (colorless or yellowish) with a mild specific smell.
The medication in question belongs to the pharmacotherapeutic group of decongestants. The drug "Vibrocil", the composition of which is combined, is a sympathomimetic drug that has a moderate vasoconstrictor effect when applied topically. This is due to the stimulation of alpha1-adrenergic receptors localized in the venous vessels (localized in the nasal mucosa). In addition, this drug relieves swelling of the nasal mucosa, as well as its sinuses.

The pharmaceutical in question is prescribed for acute, allergic, vasomotor or chronic rhinitis; acute or chronic sinusitis; otitis media in acute form (as an additional method of therapy). The specified drug is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity, with atrophic rhinitis, taking MAO inhibitors. The medicine in the form of drops is used intranasally. Children over six years of age and adult patients are shown three to four drops in each nostril several times a day.
Children from one to six years old - one or two drops in both nasal passages three to four times a day.
Small patients under the age of twelve months - one drop in each nostril with the same frequency.
Before using the drug, thoroughly clean the nasal openings.
Vibrocil nasal gel instructs you to install them as deep as possible in each nasal passage at least three times a day. It is also noted that the use of the drug shortly before going to bed will provide a good rest.
A nasal spray is indicated to be injected once or twice into each nasal opening three to four times a day. This form of medication is not prescribed for children under six years of age.
You should not use the drug in question for more than a week without consulting a specialist, since prolonged use of it is fraught with the development of tachyphylaxis and drug rhinitis.
