So, let's start with a description of how to cook chicken fillet rolls with cheese. Take four medium-sized breasts, one hundred grams of hard cheese, one head of onion, one parsnip, one egg, one tablespoon of butter, three tablespoons of sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. To prepare the Picada sauce, you need to take parsley, almonds and garlic. We wash the meat, beat off the large parts from the inside, salt and pepper.
