If you have only 20 minutes to quickly prepare a hearty meal, this is exactly what you need. Such a quick-cooked lunch consists of simple ingredients. All of them are affordable and inexpensive. To prepare you need to take:

  • pasta - 300 g;
  • one medium-sized chicken breast;
  • 150 ml low-fat cream;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • a few tablespoons of grated hard cheese (you can also use mozzarella).

The following spices are used: dried basil, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.

Cooking method

Take a small pot, pour water into it and put on fire. Add a little salt, and when the water boils, drop the pasta. Boil them until half cooked. Then you can start cutting the chicken.

Breast should be cut into medium-sized cubes, sautéed until golden brown. After that, add cream with water, as well as herbs and spices to the pan. Stew chicken in this mixture for 5 minutes. Then toss the pasta into the pan, cook for a few more minutes.

For the preparation of chicken with pepper for two, you should take the following products:

  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.;
  • 3 pcs. bell pepper (it is recommended to choose different colors, in this case the dish will look amazing);
  • 100 g of salad onions (it does not bite, its taste is softer);
  • one lemon;
  • pita;
  • one small chili pepper.

Using spices will greatly improve the taste of the finished dish, make it more saturated. In our case, take paprika, curry, turmeric, thyme and rosemary. If desired, you can add ground coriander.

How to cook

  1. Take the required number of peppers, clean them from the stem and remove all seeds, thoroughly rinse the vegetables.
  2. Peel the chicken fillet, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  3. Bulgarian pepper with salad onions should have the same form of slicing.
  4. Chilli should be cut into thin circles.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
  6. Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, add salt and all the necessary spices, mix thoroughly.
  7. When the oil warms up, pour the contents from the bowl and fry until the chicken is cooked.
  8. While preparing the main part of the dish, you can take another pan and fry pita bread in it. It turns out more delicious, with a crispy golden crust. Although this can not be done.

The first step is to boil the potatoes in a peel. Since we are talking about a quick quick dinner, then you need to take potatoes of small sizes so that it boils quickly.

While it is boiling, we proceed to the processing of the remaining ingredients. Bacon should be cut into small cubes and fry in a well-heated pan until it becomes rosy.

  • 8 pcs wings
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • a few tablespoons of soy sauce;

  • 50 ml Coca-Cola.

In this case, rice is best used as a side dish. 200 g of product will be required.

Since there is not enough time for cooking dinner, you immediately need to turn on the oven 180 degrees, and also put a pot of water on the fire. Wings should be washed and transferred to a bowl. Add all other products there and mix thoroughly.

This is another incredibly tasty dish that cooks quickly enough. An untrained person will have to spend no more than 25 minutes, if you are an experienced cook, then the cooking time will be about 15 minutes. Agree, the cooking is very fast.

Essential ingredients for a delicious whip up lunch:

  • pork cue ball - 360 g (the weight of all products is indicated in 4 servings);
  • dried mushrooms - 50 g (if these are not available, then you can take just 200 g of ordinary champignons);
  • 1 teaspoon of starch;
  • mushroom seasoning;
  • one large onion.

As a side dish you can use any products: potatoes, rice, arnautka and more. All of them go well with pork and mushrooms. Also, instead of cereals, you can serve a simple salad of fresh vegetables with olive oil.

How to cook meat

Pork should be cut into slices, about 80 g each, and beat well, like chops. Mushrooms cut into slices or strips, and onions - thin half rings. Immediately put water on the fire with the selected side dish.
