Many people love rolls and sushi and have already learned how to cook them themselves. Even the filling for
rolls at home does not cause difficulties in preparation: there are a great many of its options. We offer you one of the most popular
roll recipes. It includes real crab meat, avocado and crispy cucumber wrapped in a sushi rice bed. Filling in
rolls at home for this recipe is simple: just buy all the necessary products. By the way, it will take only twenty minutes to cook them, no more. Here's what you need: sushi rice, one avocado cut into strips, 250 grams of crab meat, 1 seedless cucumber, 1 pack of pressed
sushi seaweed leaves (nori), fried sesame seeds, wasabi sauce and soy sauce.
Cooking process
We start cooking: first we prepare a batch of rice for sushi. Since when forming this type of sushi, the filling into the rolls at home rolls inside out, you will need a bamboo mat covered with a plastic film. This is to avoid sticking rice. You will also need a bowl of water to dip your fingers.

Carefully fold the nori leaf in half, if the leaf is fresh, it should be folded so that in the end you get two pieces, 10 by 20 centimeters in size. If the nori leaf is slightly dried up and refuses to fold, you can hold it a little above the open flame until it softens or just use scissors. So, put one piece on a bamboo mat, slightly moisten your fingers in a bowl of water and lay out a little rice. After making sure that your fingers are still wet and that rice does not stick to them, smooth it with a thin layer. You do not need to press rice, it should lie gruff. Further, filling the rolls at home involves the use of fried sesame seeds, which sprinkles rice. Then along the lower edge of the nori several strips of cucumber and strips of avocado are laid out. And we complete the filling with crab meat. Be careful not to add too many fillings so your roll can be wrapped properly.
Grumble
To roll the roll, place your thumbs under the bamboo mat and use them to lift it, hold the filling with the rest of your fingers. Keep wrapping the mat, making sure that the rice remains inside the nori. Roll into a cylinder and roll it around the table to ram the rolls. Recipes in which the filling is different from this may suggest a different formation.
How to store and cut rolls properly
If you are not going to eat your creation right away, wrap it in cling film and place in the refrigerator. To cut the rolls, use a long, sharp knife, place it in the middle of the roll, pull the knife toward you, allowing the blade to pass through. Do not put pressure on the knife, it can squeeze the filling, and your sushi will turn ugly. Serve rolls with soy sauce and wasabi. Filling in rolls at home may vary depending on what products you can buy. But remember, fresh fish and soy sauce should always be present.
