Italian cuisine has firmly managed to enter our lives. Pizza has become an almost everyday dish, and a variety of quick variations have been invented on its subject. From a glass of flour, two eggs and three spoons of white dry wine, a fairly steep dough is kneaded. It is wrapped in film and left warm for an hour. Then the ball is divided into four parts; each rolls out as thinly as possible, ideally a millimeter and a half. In a large wide pan, water boils, a couple of spoons of sunflower oil pour into it. It is necessary so that the dough does not stick together. The layers in turn descend into salted boiling water and boil for about five minutes. Then the sheets are dried; If the lasagna is not prepared immediately, then you need to store them in the freezer.
Creativity
