  • 450 grams of ground beef;
  • 1 onion;
  • a pinch of garlic powder, cayenne pepper;
  • green onions;
  • salt;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of onion powder, ground pepper;
  • 400 grams of tomatoes, red and black canned beans;
  • glass of water;
  • 170 ml of tomato paste;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 teaspoons of chili pepper powder and as much sugar.

Dice the onion initially. Send to a preheated pan with butter, fry for 5-7 minutes, toss chopped garlic. Next, add the stuffing. Stir the dish. SautΓ© until cooked.

  • two tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and the same amount of soy sauce.

Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Put the beans in it. Fry over high heat for about seven minutes. Next, remove the pan with beans from the stove, remove to the side. Pour a little oil into the stewpan. Throw chopped ginger and garlic into it. Fry for a couple of minutes. Be sure to interfere in the process. Then send minced meat to the pan, add water and soy sauce, add greens and hot pepper. Salt the contents of the pan. Fry until cooked, stirring occasionally.

  • pepper;
  • 500 ml of beef broth;
  • 100 grams of cheese.

Wash chili, green pepper, chop finely. Do the same with the onion. Put a frying pan on fire. Pour in vegetable oil into it. Fry chopped vegetables on it. Wash the tomatoes, make a cross-shaped incision on each. Pour boiling water over them, leave for two minutes. After draining the water, peel the tomatoes.

Put a pot on the fire in which the soup with beans and minced meat will be cooked. Pour a little oil, send the minced meat there, fry it. After pour the tomato paste. Next, add the fried vegetables to the minced meat, mix. Put a pot on the fire. Pour the broth into it. Bring the soup to a boil, then cook for another twenty minutes.
