One of the most favorite dishes of a fun feast, especially when traveling out of town for a picnic, is, of course, barbecue. Everyone loves him. This dish can gather around itself a good company, and it will bring together both family and friends. However, it is not always possible to go outdoors. And if you are interested in how to cook kebab in the oven, then there are recipes according to which it will also turn out very good. There are many cooking methods for this dish.

So, the main condition is of course meat. Kebabs are prepared from meat of various varieties. However, it is better to cook it in the oven, young pork or lamb. Veal is also suitable, unlike beef. Of course, it is desirable that the meat is fresh.
Further, it is still very important to have a small piece of fresh pork or fat tail fat.
The third condition for a good kebab: meat before cutting must be cleaned of veins, tendons, films. The flesh itself must be cut into small pieces the size of a walnut so that they are almost the same size. Even smaller it is necessary to cut lard. It should be almost as many pieces as meat.
