Always useful - this is my opinion and the opinion of most housewives. There are a lot of salads with peas , and all of them are very tasty. Salad with chicken and peas.
I am sure that everyone will like this salad. About 500 grams of smoked chicken are peeled and pitted, cut into small cubes. Two fresh cucumbers are also cut into cubes. We also need one can of peas (380 grams). Throw the peas onto a sieve to drain unnecessary excess liquid. Wash the dill, then dry and chop finely. Now let's get crackers. 300 grams of loaf, this is eight or nine pieces, cut into cubes, spread on a sheet and squeeze into the oven at 130-150 degrees, dried to golden brown. Rusks can be dried in a pan without oil, but in the oven they turn out prettier. Mix all the ingredients, then add mayonnaise and, if necessary, salt. Rusks are best added to the salad when served on the table - so as not to get wet.
Salad with canned peas, sardines and cheese.
This salad will also turn out very tasty. Hard boiled three eggs, cut them into cubes. We also act with cheese. For this salad we need about 200 grams of cheese. We soften one jar of sardines in oil with a fork, mix with all the ingredients and a small jar of green peas (200 grams). Now we are preparing a gas station. We mix five tablespoons of mayonnaise with two tablespoons of mustard, add red ground pepper and mix well. Next, we season this with our salad. We will decorate the salad with red bell pepper, it can also be slightly cut into a salad.
Salad with apple and celery .
This canned pea salad is very fresh and juicy. Two or three apples are cut together with seeds and peel. Cut two or three celery roots into strips. Three boiled eggs - in cubes, not forgetting to leave a little for decoration. We filter out a small jar of peas from the brine. Mix everything, then season with mayonnaise, decorate with the rest of the egg and sprinkle with grated lemon peel. You can replace celery with two boiled carrots. It will turn out a completely different salad with canned peas, but it will be very tasty.
Salad with pickles and peas.
For this salad, we need already fresh green peas. You can, of course, make a salad with canned green peas, but the taste will be completely different. Gram 200 peas soak, boil and cool. Pickled cucumbers, three to four little things, peeled from seeds and peel, cut into small cubes. Mix with peas, add onions. One onion must be cut and kept in hot water for about 20 minutes - so that bitterness goes away. Season the salad with vegetable oil, salt and add a mixture of peppers. You can decorate with pickles and herbs.
Salad with canned peas and tomatoes.
All the same fresh peas (but you can take canned peas), but already 300 grams also cook, cool. Mix with two finely chopped onions. Separately, we mix four tablespoons of vegetable oil and two tablespoons of vinegar, season with our peas. We cut two boiled eggs into cubes, and then we add peas to this. Top decorate everything with tomatoes. You can put in circles, but I prefer to cut two tomatoes into cubes and fill the whole salad.
