Beat eggs with sugar. Add sour cream and one third of soda to the eggs. Mix wheat flour with bird cherry flour and sift through a sieve into the dough. Shuffle. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for half an hour. Cool. Cut into two pieces. Beat sour cream with vanilla extract and powder. Put the cream on the first cake and cover with a second cake on top.   • four hundred grams of ground bird cherry.

For cream:

  • five hundred grams of cream;
  • half a glass of sugar.

For impregnation:

  • three tablespoons of cognac;
  • five tablespoons of water;
  • three tablespoons of sugar.

Combine flour with baking powder. Melt margarine. Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar. Combine the flour with margarine and eggs. Pour in the beer. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet pre-coated with baking paper. Bake in the oven for half an hour. Combine bird cherry with milk and sugar, boil over low heat.   • starch.

Mix sour cream with soda and eggs. Add flour and starch, stir. Pour the dough into bird cherry. Stir and divide the whole mass into two parts. Lubricate and bake the cakes in turn for forty minutes.
