3. Peel and chop the Bulgarian orange peppers with not quite thin rings, fry them slightly on both sides and add water, put in a stew, and put the chopped tomato in the same place.

4. Put in a deep form for baking peas, pour rice on top with an even layer of rice. - 30 g of hard cheese

- 30 ml of yellow cornmeal

- protein from a large raw egg

- a few cloves of lilac garlic

- coarse salt with pepper

Cooking method:

Rinse the gutted chicken thoroughly, remove the skin, pat it dry with a paper towel and rub it with a mixture of pressed garlic and salt with spices on all sides.
