Required Products:

  • crucian carp - 4 carcasses;
  • potatoes - 4-5 pcs.;
  • sour cream 20% - 75 grams;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;
  • flour - 50 grams;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • refined vegetable oil.

In this recipe, it is best to use fat sour cream or cream.

Step-by-step process

We cook baked stuffed crucian so.

  1. We clean the fish, make a small incision on the abdomen and get the insides.
  2. Then we wash it under cold water and dry it with paper towels.
  3. Rub the crucian with spices and salt, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. We clear the onion from the husk and the upper layer, cut it into small cubes.
  5. Peel the potatoes and divide them into thin rings, so they cook faster.
  6. Tomatoes are cut in half, and then - into small slices.
  7. We heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the onions until a golden hue is formed.
  8. Now, in a separate frying pan, brown the fish, frying it for a couple of minutes on each side.
  9. Carefully open the carcass and stuff it with tomatoes, fried onions and fasten with wooden skewers.
  10. In a baking dish, pre-oiled, put a layer of potatoes, then stuffed with crucians and the remaining vegetables.
  11. Pour all the ingredients with sour cream and send our dish to the oven for one hour.

We lay out the finished dish on plates and decorate with chopped parsley or dill. If desired, you can add a little allspice peas and sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

  • rice groats - 100 grams;
  • crucian carp - 2-3 carcasses;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise - 150 grams;
  • salt;
  • paprika;
  • dried herbs;
  • sunflower oil.

At your discretion, rice can be replaced with buckwheat, millet or corn grits.

Cooking method

Our actions are as follows.

  1. We clean the fish from the insides and scales.
  2. We surround it with warm water and wash it thoroughly with my hands.
  3. Dry the carp with napkins and rub with salt.
  4. We remove the fish to the side for half an hour.
  5. Then we make longitudinal cuts on it.
  6. We wash the rice under cold water several times.
  7. Cook it until tender.
  8. Boil one egg, cool, clean and cut into small cubes.
  9. In a separate bowl we combine rice, egg, spices and mayonnaise.
  10. Mix well the resulting mass.
  11. We stuff the crucian with the filling.
  12. Cut off the necessary piece of foil, grease it with oil and wrap a fish in it.
  13. We put the carcasses on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  14. Then we take out the dish, unfold the foil and grease the fish with mayonnaise.
  15. We send back to the oven until a golden and delicious crust is formed.

  • champignons - 250 grams;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • bunch of green onions - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream or cream - 125 grams;
  • carcasses of crucian carp - 4-5 pcs.;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • seasonings for fish;
  • olive oil.

In addition, we need another half of lemon and wine vinegar.

Step-by-step process

We cook stuffed crucians in the oven like that.

  1. First you need to gut the fish and rinse it thoroughly.
  2. Then we put it in a deep bowl, sprinkle with spices and add lemon juice and a drop of wine vinegar.
  3. Mushrooms cut into quarters and fry in a pan until half cooked.
  4. We clean the onion, wash it and divide it into thin rings.
  5. We chop the carrots with small straws.
  6. Pour the vegetables to the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
  7. Grind garlic cloves under a press.
  8. We get our fish, make a small incision on the abdomen and stuff it with a filling of mushrooms, onions and carrots.
  9. Rub the surface of the crucian with chopped garlic.
  10. Put the dish in the mold and fill it with cream.
  11. Bake for about 45-55 minutes.
