As a rule, the drug “Cystenal” is prescribed orally for three or four drops on a piece of sugar. It is better to take the product before meals in about half an hour. In the event of an attack of colic, it is recommended to take twenty drops once. With frequent attacks, the drug "Cystenal" is prescribed three times a day. The dosage at one time is ten drops. To prevent heartburn associated with the use of the drug, it is allowed to take it during or after a meal.
Dry plant extract is available in tablet form at 0.25 grams. The drug, as a rule, is prescribed orally for two to three tablets at a time. It is recommended to take the drug three times a day. Before use, the tablets should be dissolved in half a glass of water (warm). The duration of therapy is usually twenty to thirty days. If necessary, the doctor may prescribe re-therapy four to six weeks after the end of the first course.
As contraindications to the prescription of drugs based on madder, it is necessary to note a stomach ulcer (of a pronounced nature in particular), severe renal failure and glomerulonephritis.
