To complete this dish, you will need the following products:

  • white cabbage shredded - 2 kg;
  • carrots - 400 g;
  • garlic - a few cloves;
  • sunflower oil;
  • vinegar - 150 g;
  • granulated sugar - 100 g;
  • rock salt - 2 large spoons;
  • water - half a liter;
  • spices (lavrushka, allspice peas).

Boil water. Then add vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and boil the marinade for 5 minutes. Put spices and chopped vegetables in a bowl, fill them with hot brine, mix and let cool. Next, transfer the appetizer to a jar or jar and store in the refrigerator. After a day, the dish can be consumed.

  • cabbage - about 3 kg;
  • bell pepper - 1 pod;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • water - 1 liter;
  • natural honey - 100 g;
  • food salt - 150 g.

Prepare a brine from water, honey and salt by boiling these products for several minutes. Chopped cabbage, pepper (along with seeds) and lemon lay in layers in a pan and pour the marinade. Close the lid and allow to cool. Keep the dish in a cool place. You can use it the very next day after cooking. This appetizer will pleasantly surprise you with an unusual sweet and sour taste.   • cabbage - 2 heads of medium size;
  • carrots - 5 pieces;
  • bitter pepper - 1 pod;
  • garlic - 1 large head;
  • beets - 3 pieces of medium size;
  • water - 4 liters;
  • salt - 2 large spoons;
  • table vinegar - a quarter of a large glass;
  • sugar - 1 large spoon;
  • ground pepper - 1 small spoon.

Chop the cabbage, chop the beets and carrots on a grater, cut the pepper into circles, leave the garlic with whole teeth. Put vegetables in the pan. In a separate container, prepare a brine of boiling water, salt, vinegar and sugar. Boil it for a couple of minutes and pour into the vegetable mass. Pour pepper and spices to taste (bay leaf, clove). Leave the workpiece in a cool place for a day or two. Then put the appetizer in jars, cork with lid-twists and save in the basement.
