Ingredients:

Ingredients for cooking:

Pollock (pollock fillet) - 750 g;

Potato - 11 pieces;

Vegetable oil;

Shredded croutons (preferably white bread) - half a glass;

Fish broth - 2 glasses;

Parsley - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;

Onion - a few pieces;

Salt, ground pepper

Initially, it is necessary to peel the potatoes and cut it into thin strips. Peel, wash, chop the rings and fry on low heat for several minutes with the addition of vegetable oil. Defrost pollock and cut each carcass into two parts along the ridge. Now cut each half into small pieces, salt, sprinkle with seasonings and pepper to taste. Put the pieces of pollock on a greased vegetable frying pan and lay onion on top, which we fried earlier. Now put the potatoes on the onion, sprinkle with salt and spices. All this must be filled with fish broth, sprinkle with crushed crackers from white bread and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Put the dish on a baking sheet and place in the oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Remove the finished dish from the oven and sprinkle with herbs, which need to be chopped finely. It is best to use fresh vegetables as a side dish for pollock. Sauerkraut or pickled cucumbers are also perfect for the dish.
