Products for cooking:

  • fish fillet (you can use zander, tilapia, halibut and others) - 0.6 kg;
  • potatoes - about 1 kg;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • tomatoes - a few pieces;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt, spices;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • seasoning for fish - to taste.

Rinse the fish fillet , then dry with a paper towel. Then cut into slices and place on a dish, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Then leave to marinate for about half an hour. Peel potatoes, cut into circles. Rinse and chop the tomatoes. Chop the garlic and grate the cheese. Put potato slices (about half) in a baking dish, sprinkle with a small amount of spices. Put fish fillet, top with tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic. Put the remaining potatoes on the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt. Now cover with a small soy of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then put the mold in the oven and cook for 45 minutes at 190 degrees. Baked fish with potatoes is ready! Serve, sprinkled with herbs, hot.

Red fish baked with potatoes

Products:

  • red fish - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - up to 1 kg;
  • carrots - a couple of pieces;
  • onions - a couple of pieces;
  • cheese - 60 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil.

First, peel and chop the carrots and onions. Then put the vegetables in the pan and pass for 6 minutes. Now we pour in a little water, salt and simmer for another 4 minutes. Then we clean the red fish, wash it and cut it into steaks. Next, grease with mayonnaise, and then lay out in the form where it will be cooked. We put the stewed vegetables on top of the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake fish at 190 degrees for half an hour. While the fish is cooking, peel the potatoes and fry in a skillet until cooked. Serve fish with fried potatoes or vegetable salad.

  • potatoes - 700 g;

  • potatoes - about 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil;
  • wheat flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • onion - a couple of pieces;
  • ground crackers - 1 tablespoon;
  • cheese - 130 g;
  • sour cream - 400 g;
  • salt.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then cool, peel and cut into circles, and lightly fry. Cut the fish fillet, sprinkle with pepper, salt, then roll in flour and fry a little on both sides. Place potato mugs in a baking dish, on top fish, chopped onions finely chopped. Pour all this with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Now add crackers and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
