Half a kilo of chicken, dry with a towel, cut into thin strips and leave to marinate in soy sauce for half an hour. We strain the chicken, but do not pour the soy sauce. Ideally, this dish requires a special wok pan. She has a thin bottom in the middle and thicker at the edges. We fry them literally five minutes without a lid, after which we return the chicken, pour in a gram of fifty dry wine and three tablespoons of liquid honey. Chopped vegetables (onions, carrots and peppers) fry. In a bowl, mix four tablespoons of soy sauce with flour. Add honey, a clove of garlic passed through a press, a pinch of black pepper. Also add two tablespoons of curry to the sauce. Pour vegetables with this liquid, put in a pan and chicken. Quench everything with a quarter of an hour. You will need two tablespoons of red curry paste, the same amount of fish or oyster sauce and vegetable oil. Also stock up on sorghum stems (lemon grass). We start to cook. Curry with a quarter cup of water and oil. Pour into a wok and warm up. Add a pound of skinless chicken breast chopped into slices, mix, pour the fish sauce, fry over high heat and move to the edge of the pan, sprinkling with chopped lemon sorghum. In the center of the wok, pour two pre-loosened eggs. Fry for one minute, cut into strips, mix with chicken. We also add two glasses of boiled rice of the Jasmine variety. Stir actively so as not to burn. Separately, you can serve spicy or sweet and sour sauce.

For this dish we need a spoonful of basil paste. We fry it on low heat for one minute. After that, add chicken and cook for seven minutes. After this time, put the green peas and boiled rice. Mix. Pour with two tablespoons of fish sauce, sprinkle with a small amount of sugar. In another pan, fry two tablespoons of chopped shallots and a few cloves of garlic.
