Cherry plum is perceived by some of us as a rather exotic product. Although in modern realities in almost any supermarket you can find it, well, or buy it in the season on the market. And cooking something with her is a sheer pleasure. It has a good structure, is rich in useful substances, has a unique acidity - a real dream for a cook and a gourmet. Here, for example, is a pie with cherry plum - it can be cooked, as they say, for one, two, three. It seems to be the simplest dish, but because of the authentic filling it becomes refined and festive. All in all, worth a try.

  1. Firstly, you can experiment with the test. But in this case we’ll make the usual yeast. We will need a glass of milk and two glasses of flour, a packet of margarine, a bag of dried yeast, a little granulated sugar. We dip the yeast into milk, mix them with sugar and adding flour - we cook the dough. We will cover from insects and set aside so that it rises properly. Next step: sift the flour into the bowl, add a bit of salt, grated margarine, pour in the dough, knead our dough. We cover it and let it come.

Cooking is easy!
