Jewish cuisine has been shaped for millennia. From generation to generation, the secrets of cooking passed on, which were distinguished by variety and amazing taste. It so happened historically that some of the oldest recipes are used by culinary experts from other countries. Most dishes are prepared mainly from kosher ingredients (permitted by religion), such as: fish, cereals, dairy products, vegetables, meat of certain animals.
The list of national Jewish treats is quite large and is unlikely to fit on several pages. Therefore, we decided to introduce readers to one traditional dish called kugel. The recipe is for every Russian mistress. In fact, it is a multicomponent casserole consisting of vegetables, cottage cheese, cereals , pasta, fruits. All products are poured with a beaten egg and baked in the oven.

- raisins - 150 gr.;
- wide noodles - 200 gr.;

In salted water, boil the noodles for literally 7 minutes so that the dough is not digested. Throw in a colander, pour a spoonful of vegetable or ghee. Leave for a while under the lid. Pour raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes, when it swells - drain the water.
Transfer the cottage cheese into the blender bowl, drive in the eggs, add granulated sugar and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed. We add the elastic mass to the noodles with raisins, mix well. We spread on a baking sheet, previously coated with oil, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
