Before serving, each serving is supplemented with heat-treated Chinese noodles.
Fried cabbage
This delicious and juicy dish will be an excellent side dish for meat, poultry or fish. It consists of simple budget ingredients and is prepared in literally half an hour. To feed your family with a light and tasty dinner, you will need:
- Forks of Chinese cabbage.
- 4 selected eggs.
- Large onion.
- 40 g of oil.
- Salt and pepper mixture.
Washed and finely chopped cabbage is fried in heated oil with the addition of chopped onions. After seven minutes, it is salted, lightly peppered and poured with an egg chatter. All mix well, warm briefly on the stove and remove from heat.
Kimchi

Washed cabbage is freed from spoiled leaves, cut into thin strips and soaked in brine made from water and sea salt. Shredded onions are added there. Five hours later, the brine is drained, and the vegetables are mixed with a spicy paste consisting of crushed spices, and laid out in sterile jars.
Kimchi with bell pepper
Using the technology described below, it turns out bright, piquant Chinese cabbage in Korean. To prepare it you will need:
- 1.5 liters of filtered water.
- 1 kg of Beijing cabbage.
- 300 g of red bell pepper.

Stuffed cabbage is formed from the prepared billets, stacked in a deep heat-resistant form and poured with sauce made from fried onions with carrots, sour cream, tomato paste, water or broth. All this is salted, supplemented with seasonings and sent to the oven. Bake the dish at 200 degrees for about half an hour. Before serving, each serving is decorated with fresh herbs.
Chinese cabbage stewed with beans
This delicious and nutritious dish is ideally combined with baked or fried meat, which means it can be a good option for a family meal. To feed your hungry relatives, you will need:
- 400 g of Beijing cabbage.
- A small onion.
- Medium carrot.
- 150 g of tomatoes in their own juice.
- ½ cup boiled beans.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 3 tbsp. l sour cream.
- 1 tsp powdered paprika.
- ½ tbsp l Sahara.
- Salt, refined oil and ground pepper.
