Chicken Salad 'Tenderness'

Chicken salads are great for a festive table. For their preparation, white chicken meat is taken, which goes well with many products. The recipes for a variety of salads from this dietary meat are huge. For their preparation, usually chicken meat is boiled and combined with other ingredients, and then seasoned with dressing. I offer four recipes for simple, tasty and unusual salads.

Salad with chicken "Tenderness".

To prepare the tenderness chicken salad, we need: six eggs, one chicken fillet, two fresh cucumbers, two carrots, a couple of rings of canned pineapples, fresh dill and parsley, mayonnaise and salt.

Preparation: boil chicken and cut into small cubes.
Boil the eggs, wait until they cool and gently separate the proteins from the yolks.
The first grate as large as possible, and the second as small as possible.
Three boiled carrots and three cucumbers on a medium grater. From the grated cucumbers, drain the juice that has come out.

Salad with chicken "Tenderness" consists of five layers, well soaked in mayonnaise.
The prepared products are laid in a salad bowl in layers:

  • 1 layer - chicken meat sprinkled with chopped herbs and coated with mayonnaise;
  • 2 layer - pineapples cut into small cubes and also coated with mayonnaise;
  • 3 layer - carrots and mayonnaise;
  • 4 layer - proteins and mayonnaise;
  • 5 and the last layer are yolks.

Salad with chicken "Tenderness" is very light, nutritious and satisfying.

Chicken and omelette salad

To prepare the salad, you need to take: 250 grams of chicken fillet, two cucumbers (fresh or pickled), four eggs, three tablespoons of milk, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, pepper and a little salt.

Preparation: boil chicken and cut into not too large cubes. Break eggs into a separate cup, add milk and beat well. After that, sprinkle the mixture with pepper and salt to taste. Next, take a pan, add vegetable oil, wait for it to heat up well and pour eggs. Fry the omelet on each side until golden brown. You need to know that if the oil is poorly heated, the omelet will not work out lush and airy.
Chilled omelet cut into thin strips. With pickled cucumbers we do the same. We take a deep salad bowl and put chicken, omelet and cucumbers in it. Mix everything, pepper, salt and add mayonnaise.
Before serving, decorate with fresh herbs.
The salad turns out to be very bright and, of course, delicious.

Salad with Chicken and Celery Root

The process of preparing this salad is quite simple. The dish has very useful properties due to celery. This root crop is rich not only in vitamins, but also in amino acids, which contribute to the rejuvenation of the body.

We need: a pound of chicken, celery root, a jar of mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream, pepper and a pinch of salt.

Preparation: wash the chicken meat, boil, cool and cut into medium cubes. Boil celery root and mix with chicken. We put everything in a salad bowl, pepper, salt, add dressing and mix well.
It will be very original if this salad is served on the leaves of a green salad.

Light Chicken Celery Salad

For its preparation you will need: one chicken breast, two celery sticks, three medium pickled cucumbers, a jar of pickled mushrooms, any fresh herbs, mayonnaise.

Preparation: boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut into long strips. Grind celery, dice chop pickled mushrooms and cucumbers.
Finely chop the fresh herbs, it should turn out about 1/4 cup. Combine all chopped ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix.

Salad is ready to be served!
