Liver cake recipe is quite simple. To prepare the cake, you can use chicken liver, and turkey, and beef, and any other that you like. The structure of the cake will vary depending on the type of liver: more uniform or less uniform, but the taste will be wonderful. The liver cake recipe includes half a kilogram of the liver, two to three eggs, about 100 g of milk, 200 g of flour, onions, several cucumbers, herbs, spices and mayonnaise.
