Plot
The film “The House of Exemplary Content”, whose actors tell us about the life of our compatriots, is an iconic picture of Russian cinema, where the truth is told about the interweaving of human destinies with the political situation in the country.
The main plot line is the life story of the famous Moscow architect Dmitry Mirsky and his wife Rosa. She stayed in Moscow for his sake, while her whole family emigrated to Germany. Having married, the couple settled in a house located in Dvukhprudny Lane. The author of his project was the main character Dmitry Mirsky. About this and tells the series "House of exemplary content." The actors and the roles they performed are somehow connected with the residents of this house.
Later, Rosa rescues from a starvation death a street girl named Zina, who later began to live in the Mirsky's house. No one suspected that she was a secret agent of the NKVD. The girl grew up and once the architect in the absence of a son and wife seduced Zina. When she found out that she was pregnant from the owner, she fled from Mirsky’s house, but managed to write a denunciation to Dmitry.
