  • 400 grams of wheat flour;
  • 100 grams of water;
  • 50 ml of brandy;

  • 1 raw egg white.

For frying, 0.5 liters of any vegetable oil is also needed.

Take a large bowl and sift the flour into it so that it forms into a slide. Add salt and sugar and mix very well. Then slowly pour cognac in the middle of the dry mixture, pour the egg there. Start kneading the dough, gradually pouring water.

Stir the dough until it becomes tight and acquires a uniform structure. However, you must also consider that it rolls well.

As soon as you knead the dough to the desired consistency, you need to cover it with a cloth and leave it for about half an hour (or for a longer time). After that, it should be rolled out to a thickness of not more than 2 mm.
