Cooking.
- Cleanse fish and skin of bones. Cut the fillet into slices.
- Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and peel the potatoes. Peppers clear seeds. Cut all components into cubes of the same size, mix and put in a baking dish, pre-oiled, together with fish. Salt and pepper, add a little thyme and 1-3 bay leaves.
