The drug "Plavix"

Analogues of the drug

It costs "Zilt", as already mentioned, quite expensive. Therefore, many patients, of course, are interested in what cheaper drug can replace this drug if necessary.

Synonyms of the drug "Zilt" are, for example:

  • Lopirel

  • Plavix

  • "Lirta";

  • "Troken."

All these funds in their composition have the same active substance as Zilt. If desired, this drug can be replaced at any time with one of the analogues on the list. Instructions for use with Zilt and its synonyms are almost identical. Reduce blood clotting, these drugs are quite effective. However, it is still allowed to change Zilt to any of these analogues only after preliminary consultation with a doctor.

Generics "Zilt" are medicines "Clopidogrel" (cost 190 p. For 14 pcs) and "Clopidogrel-Richter" (292 p).

Analogues of this drug, which also prevent blood coagulation, are as follows:

Reviews about the remedy from patients

Patients have a very good opinion about this medicine. Patients relate to its advantages:

  • effectiveness of action;

  • lack of negative effects on the stomach.

This medicine dilutes the blood, according to most patients, much better than the same aspirin. That is, the risk of a repeated heart attack or stroke when used strictly in accordance with the instructions for use, Zilt, reviews of which in this regard are really only good, significantly reduces.

Some disadvantages of this medicine, patients consider:

  • high cost;

  • not too convenient packaging.

Heart attacks and strokes occur, of course, in middle-aged people. But more often than not, older people still face this problem. And of course, buying such a relatively expensive retirement drug is usually difficult.

Zilt tablets are packaged in blisters that literally fall apart in the hands. Perhaps the manufacturer thus wanted to make the daily use of this medicine more convenient. However, according to most patients, it would be much better to release these pills in blisters that are stronger along the rupture line.

Another disadvantage of the Zilt medicine is that many patients consider that it affects the liver quite strongly. Most patients advise taking this medication exclusively under the supervision of a doctor.

What do doctors think about the medicine

Doctors themselves also consider Zilt to be a good way to reduce blood coagulation. The pluses of this medicine, doctors attribute primarily to the fact that it is well tolerated by most patients. Judging by the reviews, hemorrhages during its use are very rare.

Human stroke

The evidence base in terms of safety and efficacy of this drug, as many doctors note, is very good. However, they believe that the drug is in any case quite serious. Doctors do not recommend practicing self-medication with its use.
