"Proctosedyl", "Proctocol" contain a small amount of glucocorticoid hormones and local anesthetics.
Any treatment will be much more effective if approached comprehensively. Using suppositories from hemorrhoids, do not forget about ointments, which are recently preferred by many doctors and patients. By composition, the ointments are almost identical to suppositories and are equally called, but they have a soft consistency, do not injure the affected mucosa, which is especially important during an exacerbation of hemorrhoids. With severely inflamed and painful hemorrhoids, lead lotions also help. And, of course, the treatment of hemorrhoids implies the observance of certain hygiene standards (washing instead of using toilet paper, for example).
