Combine the spicy ingredients in one bowl with butter. Mix well.
Next, take 375 grams of flour. Add it in small portions to the dough. In this case, constantly stir with a spatula. Add flour until the mass becomes obedient. Wrap the finished dough with foil and send in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
Next, go directly to the cooking process. Take the parchment. Lay out part of the dough on it, cover it with a second piece of paper. Roll out the dough 4 mm thick.

Baking in milk with black and red pepper. What do you need for baking?

To prepare you will need:
- 1/2 tsp cloves, nutmeg (ground);
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground allspice, soda;
- 1 tsp ground ginger;
- vegetable oil (required for greasing the pan);
- 400 grams of flour;
- 150 grams of butter and as much sugar;
- 150 ml of milk (medium fat);
- a pinch of ground red and black pepper.
Gingerbread Cooking
To cook this baking you need as follows:
- First, warm the milk to a warm state and then pour in soda.
- Take a separate container. Beat eggs in it.
- Put butter and sugar in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat.
- Then pour milk into the butter and add the eggs. Mix the components together until smooth. Pour there the sifted flour, as well as spices.
- Knead a uniform dough.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour. On it roll the dough into a layer with a thickness of about 6 mm. Next, use a knife to cut it into rectangles. You can take molds and cut products of the desired shape.
