Sometimes, even if you want to make envelopes, you simply do not have enough time to prepare them. But to please my loved ones, I manage to lazy cabbage rolls. This is a very tasty and quick dish. Shred the cabbage very finely and then wrinkle it with your hands until it releases juice. Put it in a deep pan, fill it with water and simmer under the lid for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, put the minced meat in a pan, fill it with water, salt, pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes. In the same place we fry carrots and onions in sunflower oil until golden brown with minced meat. We mix everything together with cabbage and simmer for about 20 minutes, add spices, tomato paste at the very end.
